Junior High Wrestlers Win Big At Kittanning (01/17/14)

Wednesday, January 15, The Clarion Jr High Team traveled to Kittanning for a dual meet.

Leading the way for the Bobcats were Login Dehner (Daniel Geidel –
Fall :24), Ryley McMaster (Mayce Wonderling – Fall 2:39), Dakota Stormer (Oggie Atwood – Fall 2:48), Kevin Bradley (Mike Sloan – Fall 1:59), Karlin Hiles (Cody Davis – Fall 1:08) and Carter Shipley (Josh Strobel – Fall :56) all earning pins.

Sterling Conner (12-1 major decision vs. Isaac Robb) and Josh Kriebel (13-6 major decision vs. Austin Pinkerton) excited the crowd with electrifying and hard fought victories over two tough opponents.

Receiving forfeits were Riley Slagle, Frankie Weber and Tyler Finefrock to help catapult the Clarion Bobcats to a dominating 61-21 victory over the Kittanning Wildcats.

The Wrestlers will be back in action again Tuesday, January 21, as they travel to Punxsutawney to face the Chucks.
