Leap Of Faith’s Laken Lewis Wins Four Individual Events And All-Around At Turkey Trot Meet, Qualifies For States (01/14/15)

Laken Lewis, a 13 year old Level 9 USAG (USA Gymnastic) Gymnast, competed in the Turkey Trot Meet at Competitive Edge, in Lower Burrell in November.

Laken placed first on all four events: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor and first place All-Around. With her high scores, she qualified for States.

Laken will be competing this weekend (January 16-19), at the Stars & Stripes Invitational at the Bayfront Convention Center, in Erie. This is a televised meet, presented by the Erie Gymnastics Center and Team Lightning.

In February, she will be competing in the PINK Meet in Philadelphia, a highly competitive and prestigious meet.
