Field Days And Preparation For Opening Day Of Clarion Little League (04/19/15)

Many things have to happen to insure that we here at Clarion Little League are prepared to start our 2016 season. None of this would have been accomplished without the help of our always supporting corporate sponsors and dedication of the volunteers in our community.

I would love to mention each volunteer that helped on all of our fields and practice areas. Truth is, the work has been so spread out over the fields that I fear that I would mistakenly not mention anyone. Because of this, I want to take this opportunity to thank all volunteers as a group. None of this would have happened without you.

I would also show a list of local companies that have donated their equipment and time to help us complete the projects.

GM Equipment Rentals: Thank you for providing the lift so that we could change out the lights as well as install our new McDonald’s sponsored scoreboard.

I would also like to thank Emily Alston for all of her hard work, in getting the concession stand ready, as well as volunteering her time to enable us to be ready for the upcoming season. A few new items in the concession stand this year is a hot dog roller as well as a popcorn machine. Thank you Emily, for all of the work that you are doing.
