Clarion Area Football Boosters Annual Golf Outing To Be Held On Fathers Day, Meeting For Volunteers Scheduled For This Coming Tuesday (05/15/15)

The Clarion Area Football Boosters will be hosting their 21st Annual Fathers’ Day Golf Tournament, on Sunday, June 21st, at Clarion Oaks Golf Club, Route 68 South, (just off of Exit 62 of I-80) Clarion.

This event is one of the Football Boosters’ two major yearly fundraisers. The monies raised through the Outing help to support the Bobcat Football Program.

The Boosters are extending an invitation to any and all to join in this event. There will be a shotgun start at 9:00 A.M.

There will be a meeting, this coming Thursday (May 21st), for parents/boosters interested in volunteering to assist in preparations for this year’s outing. The meeting starting at 6:30 P.M., will be held at Toby Hill Bar & Grill.

Businesses can sponsor a hole or tee and receive public recognition for its contribution. An additional feature this year is that many of the sponsorship packages will also include an advertisement in the 2015 Football Game Programs. The Boosters are also seeking for donations of prizes for the different skill contests on the course.

Last year’s event was a great success  the Football Boosters expect a full field, of 36 teams, once again this year. This is a great time for all Clarion Area Alumni to support your Alma Mater, by gathering up old teammates and participating in the 21st Annual Fathers’ Day Golf Tournament.

Clarion Area Football has established a tradition of excellence on and off the field. They need your help to continue this tradition. C’mon out and become part of that tradition.
