Fifty-two players and nine coaches attended this year’s camp. They left Monday morning and arrived back in Clarion on Friday afternoon.

Coach Wiser’s brother Steve, Lycoming’s longtime defensive coordinator, is very much involved in making the camp an enjoyable learning experience for the campers. Clarion was one of six schools from Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland, at Lycoming during the week.

The teams were able to use both Lycoming’s turf football field and turf soccer/lacrosse field. There were two practices each day, with the team working on offensive and defensive position specific and team drills.

The team went bowling on Wednesday night.

Tuesday and Thursday the players participated in two hand touch, 7 on 7 games. There were eight teams and each team played the other seven. The two teams with the best records met in the Super Bowl.
