KSAC Announces Fall Sports All-Conference Teams (11/16/15)
The Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference announced their Fall Sports All-Conference Teams today (Monday, November 16th). Athletes were honored in Football, Volleyball, Golf, Boys Cross Country and Girls Cross Country. (See separate article for Football Teams.)
VOLLEYBALL
The 2015 All-Conference Volleyball Team included four Clarion Area Lady Cats. Named to the First Team were Anna Reed and Olivia Burns. Second Team selections for the Cats were Keanna Over and Gloria Kroh.
The Volleyball MVP was Becca Dougherty from Redbank Valley.
GOLF
Bobcat Jared Bish was named to the 2015 Golf All-Conference First Team. Keystone’s Amber Hess was this season’s Golf MVP.
BOYS CROSS COUNTRY
Adam Bettwy and Crowe Thiem represented Clarion Area on the 2015 Boys Cross Country All-Conference Team. Bettwy was named to the First Team and Thiem got a Second Team nod. The Boys Cross Country MVP was Isaac Wilson from North Clarion.
GIRLS CROSS COUNTRY
Two Lady Cats were named to the 2015 Girls Cross Country All-Conference Team. Katie Craig was named to the First Team and Chelsea Mason made the Second Team. The Girls Cross Country MVP was North Clarion’s Abbey Schmader.
