The Bobcats are hoping to continue to build on last year’s winning dual meet season. They survived the off-season grind and are ready to begin harvesting the fruits of their labor. Senior Captains Zach Sintobin, Prince Brooks and Alex Struble are all experienced athletes with the maturity to lead this group of wrestles to greater heights The junior are well represented and the sophomores are led by returning regional qualifier Colton Rapp. The addition of eight strong rookies up from junior high will round out the team’s ability to add to last year’s success.

Leo Aiello 145lbs Senior
Leo is the son of Jeff and Maria Aiello. Leo is a gifted athlete with tons of heart. His strong competitive streak is very apparent on the wrestling mat. Leo had solid freshman and sophomore seasons. He brings physical strength and mental toughness to the varsity room. Leo learns quickly and is one of the most technically sound wrestlers in this large senior class. He’s fun to watch and will be a fan favorite this season.

Caleb Bailey 138 lbs Senior
Caleb is the son of Bill and Bonita Bailey. Caleb is a talented athlete who has quickly developing into a gifted wrestler. He attended several summer camps and has developed an every growing portfolio of moves. Caleb is a bigger, stronger athlete this year and brings a tremendous amount of experience to the team. His strong work ethic and determination are going to result in some serious points for the team this season.
Prince Brooks 160 lbs Senior Captain
Prince is the son of Tanya Brooks. He played a big role in the teams dual meet successes as a sophomore and junior. This past summer, Prince worked very hard to develop his offensive skills from this feet. Look for some exciting take downs from an extremely strong individual. The Bobcats look for Prince to be a highly competitive wrestler in what may be one of the most competitive weight classes in the state.
Alexander Burkhart 182 lbs Senior
Alexander is the son of Ray Burkhart and Mary Croford. As a sophomore and junior, Alexander was a regional qualifier. This year he is a significantly stronger athlete with more experience and a greater ability to win matches. He is an uplifting individual who inspires confidence. This young man is capable of winning against any and all opponents.

Austin Holz 160 lbs Senior
Austin is the son of Robyn Holz and Tim Fox. Austin is a very dedicated member of the Bobcat wrestling program. He is a consistent attendee at camps and is a much improved wrestler as a result. Austin’s cheerful demeanor is bright spot in the room where he plays an important role in keeping team moral up.

(Big) Zack Huet 220/HWT Senior
Zack is the son of Mike and Brenda Huet. Zack is an exceptional athlete with tremendous size and strength. He is a dominant force on both the football field and wrestling mat. He is committed to the weight room both in and out of season. He gained All-American honors at the NHSCA National tournament in Virginia Beach three years ago. Zack brings the experience necessary to win the big matches this year.

Zach Sintobin 195 lbs Senior Captain
Zach is the son of Robert and Deanna Sintobin. Zach is continuing his career with a significant amount of athletic experience. Zach earned All-American honors at the NHSCA National tournament in Virginia Beach as well as being a PIAA regional qualifier as a freshman, sophomore and junior. Zach was Clarion’s only state qualifier for the state tournament in Hershey last year. He also spent several weeks honing his technique at camps and competitions this summer and continues to show dedication in the weight room where he made significant gains in strength. Look for some big moves and exciting matches from Zach this varsity season.

Alex Struble 113 lbs Senior Captain
Alex is the son of Ann and Mike Troese. Alex returns to us from a solid Junior season. As an 11th grader, Alex placed in the top 5 in each tournament he participated in and was a regional qualifier. This past summer, Alex attended several camps where he significantly added to his skill set both on his feet as well as the mat. Alex spent a great deal of time in the practice room this fall as well. Alex has the potential to be one of the top performing 113 pounders in the district this year.
Adrian Weber 132 lbs Senior
Adrian is the son of Lee and Krista Weber. Adrian is an experienced and ever improving athlete who has had success on the baseball and football fields as well as on the wrestling mat. He is a key component in the success of the varsity program. His persistence and determination have made him a well-rounded individual both on and off the mat. Adrian has been a leader in the off season by participating in multiple camps and clinics. Be prepared for a lot of excitement from this young man throughout the season.

Mike Lefay Junior 170 lbs
Mike is the son of Leo and Hilary Lefay. Mike has been plagued by injuries the last few years and has flown under the radar as a result. This year we see a significantly stronger individual whose off-season dedication is second to none. Mike is also a high level practitioner of Jujitsu. His experience in martial arts makes him an exciting and interesting individual to watch on the mat.
Karlin Hiles Junior 170 lbs
Karlin is the son of Rich and Lori Hiles. He is a relative newcomer to the sport. What he lacks in experience he certainly makes up for in heart. Karlin is a dedicated athlete with a great work ethic. He is extremely coachable and is learning the sport at a tremendous rate. Karlin will play an important role in the team’s dual meet success this year.

Colton Rapp 152 lb Sophomore
Colton is son of Ron and Tracy Rapp. As a freshman, Colton earned the distinction of tying the record for most wins as a freshman. He was a district runner-up and regional qualifier. His athleticism and dedication to off season work make for a great combination. He is an exciting, fast paced wrestler who will be a fan favorite this year.

Ryley McMaster 126 lbs Sophomore
Ryley is the son of Steve and Anita McMaster. This young man had an exceptional year as a freshman with a winning record. His high level of dedication in the off season will pay dividends for himself and his team this year. He is a strong technical wrestler who will be a significant contributor to the team’s success this season.

The team is also very fortunate to have the following rookies coming up to after a great Junior High season.
