Baseball: Bobcats Fall To Moniteau, Down Keystone (04/17/16)

The Clarion Area Baseball Team fell to Moniteau, 3-2, at Pullman Park in Butler, on Thursday (April 14th). Adrian Weber had a double for the Bobcats. Cameron Craig had two hits and Luke Nellis had one; each had a stolen base and an RBI.

The Bobcats downed homestanding Keystone 12-0, in five innings on  Friday (April 15th). The Cats scored six runs in the second, five in the fourth and another run in the fifth.

Leading the way for Clarion was Brendan Miller, with a double, a triple, two runs scored and an RBI.

Cameron Craig, Reed Anthony and Sterling Conner each had a hit, scored a run and drove in a run. Caleb Wilson had a single and scored twice. Luke Nellis had a pair of RBIs and scored a pair of runs.

Adrian Weber had two RBIs and scored once. Spencer miller scored once and drove in a run and Ryan Anthony scored a run.

Weber picked up the win, striking out two and giving up two hits. Craig came on in relief and struck out five, while giving up two hits.
