The Tri-City Thunder 14U softball team won their third consecutive tournament by capturing the 11th Annual Saegertown Softball tournament on Father’s Day weekend in Saegertown.

The Thunder went undefeated over the weekend winning all 5 games they played.

In pool play, they defeated Meadville Menace 12-2, Warren Blast 9-7, and Cambridge Crush
11-3. On Sunday they defeated the Union City Ice 10-3 in the semi-final
round and then went on to defeat the Warren Blast again in the championship game 8-5.

The Thunder will be back in action on the weekend of July 9-10 in Mentor, Ohio at the Big Red Blast Tournament.
