A Number Of Bobcat And Lady Cat Track And Field Athletes Named To 2017 KSAC All-Conference Teams (05/23/17)

The Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference has named their 2017 Track and Field All-Conference Teams and a number of Clarion Area athletes have been named.

Brendan Zerfoss

BOYS

Brendan Zerfoss was named Boys’ Track Co-MVP along with Redbank Valley’s Jared Kespelher. Zerfoss was named to the First Team in the 100 and 200 and made the Second Team in the 400.

Austin Hummel made the First Team, tying in the 800. The 4×100 relay team, which includes Marshall Powers, Archer Mills Ty Burford and Zerfoss.

Field MVP was named Field MVP.

GIRLS

The Lady Cats had two First Teamers, Forest Madison Mills in the 800 and Lexi Lauer who tied in the high jump.

Their were an number of Second Team selections for the Lady Cats: Gabby Weaver in the 300 hurdles, Laken Lewis in the long jump and a tie in the pole vault, Wendy Beveridge with a tie in the triple jump and the 4×800 relay team consisting of Phylicia Hockman, Chelsea Mason, Ailish Nagy and Mills.

Track Co-MVPs wer Emma Fox from A-C Valley and Rebecca Pennington from Karns City. Field Co-MVPs were Tori Obenrader from North Clarion and Cambrie Campbell from Moniteau.
