Coach B. J. Wrhen had this to say about his team’s performance, “We played ok against Cranberry. It seemed like we were in control of the game, but we kept letting them hang around. It sure is nice to have great ball handler like the Anthony boys to count on down the stretch in close ball games.”

KARNS CITY GAME

The Bobcats held an 11-5 lead after one period and 21-20, at the half. The teams were tied 33-all after the third, before the Gremlins pulled away with the 47-36 victory.

Ty Burford led the Bobcats with eleven points. Craig Kerr had 9, and Christian Smith and Reed Anthony each had 6 points, while Ryan Anthony scored four points.
Coach Whren had this assessment of his team’s effort, “We played a nice game overall against a good team. We just couldn’t make a basket in the 4th quarter. I am really happy with the way Ty has been playing, he is playing with confidence over the last few games.”

The Bobcats are scheduled to host North Clarion on Monday (January 26th).
