SMI Downs Delta In Clarion Little League Action (05/15/15)

SMI Downed Delta Contractors 13-1 on Friday, May 1st as Hayden Callen, Conner Kromer and Christian Simko combined for 8 strikeouts. The trio also shared the duties behind the plate.

This was a team effort for SMI, with all their players contributing. The win moved SMI to 4-0 on the season.

Offensively, Simko had two singles, Callen had a triple and Kromer had a single and a double. Gabe Simko had his first Little League hit with a double and later singled.

Two other SMI players had their first Little League hits in the game: Owen Kriebel, with a double and Tanner Miller, with a single.

Ryan Hummel had a double and Ethan Burford hit a triple for Delta.
