Bobcats Win KSAC Boys Golf Mega Match #3

The Clarion Area Bobcats competed in the Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference Boys Golf Mega Match #3, at Hunter’s Station Golf Course on Thursday, August 31st and came away with a the win, with a 196 total.

The Bobcats were led by Kameron Kerle, who tied Keystone’s Taylor Wilson for medalist honors at 34.

The Team Standings looked like this: 1) Clarion (196); 2) Cranberry (209); 3) Keystone (210); 4) Clarion-Limestone (211); 5) Moniteau (212); 6) A-C Valley/Union (218); 7) North Clarion (222); and 8) Forest Area (244).

The Individual Top Ten included: 1) (Tie) Kameron Kerle – Clarion Area and Taylor Wilson – Keystone (34); 3) (Tie) Devon Lauer – Clarion and Sean Karg – Keystone (36); 5) (Tie) Joe Rapp – Keystone and Cayden Baker – Cranberry (37); 7) Braden Baylor – Keystone (38); 8) Mason Shaftic – North Clarion (39); and 9) (Three-Way Tie) Lukas Mitrosky – Clarion, and Nick Aaron and Jack Craig – Clarion-Limestone (40).

Also competing for Clarion were Tanner Miller, who finished in a six-way tie for 12th place with a 41and Avery Kline, who finished in a three-way tie for 28th place with a 45.

The next KSAC Boys Golf Mega Match is scheduled for next Thursday (September 7th).
