Wreaths arrive in Clarion on Wednesday, December 13th. We will be escorted to Clarion-Limestone then Immaculate-Conception and Clarion High School by Clarion Fire & Hose Company No. 1and Limestone Township Volunteer Fire Company. We will be starting At Bobs CB at the Strattanville Exit 70 of I-80 and head west on 322, arriving at C-L at 8:30. After the special ceremonies at C-L, we will then head to Clarion to I-C and Clarion Area High School for ceremonies at those locations (more participants to be announced later).
National Wreaths Across America day is Saturday, December 16th, at noon at the Clarion and Immaculate Conception Cemeteries on South 2nd Avenue.
The event is open to the public. Volunteers are needed to place 2,010 wreaths at 16 locations, throughout the Clarion County area.
