Lady Cats Volleyball Team Downs Union (09/30/14)

The homestanding Clarion Area Lady Cats Volleyball Team defeated the Union Golden Damsels 3-0 (23-8, 25-10, 25-11), on Tuesday (September 30).

Anna Reed had a big night, scoring 16 points on serve, four of them aces. She also had 10 digs and a kill. Anna McNamara served for 8 points (1 ace) and had 7 kills and four digs. Morgan Dehner served for 8 points (4 aces) and also had a dig.

Katie Eustice had 6 service points (1 ace) and had 23 assists, 3 kills and seven digs. Johnna Rapp had eight service points. Jenn Ochs scored twice on serve (1 ace) and had 7 kills and ten digs. Gloria Kroh had six kills. Maya Thornton had one service point, an ace. Keanna Over had six digs. Sophie Wolf had 1 kill and a dig and Arianne Magallanes had an assist and a dig.

The Lady Cats will host Venango Catholic on Thursday (October 2).
