75 R. Slagle (2-1) 3rd – Lost to eventual champ B. Johnson (Smethport) in the semis, but came back to impressively win his next 2 matches to finish 3rd.

85 L. Dehner (1-0) 1st – Dominated his opponent from Coudersport, J. Pitcher, from start to finish.

110 D. Ketner (1-2) – Dan upset the 4th seeded wrestler in the first round (E. Fields, Cameron County) by decision. In the semis, he had to face the top seed and lost by fall. Lost to M. Walls (Johnsonburg) in a back and forth match to end his tournament. It was a great effort!

115 W. Silvis (2-2) – After losing to the 2nd seed, Will won 2 impressive matches against J. Alcorn (Cranberry) and J. Peluso (Johnsonburg). He was on his way to his 3rd victory while leading 2-0 but got caught on his back. Will is improving vastly!

130 S. Conner (2-2) 4th – All 4 matches were against quality wrestlers. Lost his heart breaking last match in overtime to E. Furlong (Johnsonburg) 6-4 but his most impressive, was only losing to the top seed A. English 3-0. He had him on his back but was out of bounds.

145 J. McSwain (0-2) – John drew the 3rd and 4th seed but hung in there with both of them before their experience pull out wins over him.

155 B. Klawuhn (3-1) 3rd – Start out with a pin then lost a tough match to the top seed. In the next round, he again had another pin. For 3rd place, he beat J. Flemming (Kane) in a nail biter in overtime.

165 C. Stimmell (2-0) 1st – Had no problems with 2 falls for the district crown.

185 S. Nellis (1-2) – In the first round, Seth had an easy win. Seth lost the next 2 matches to strong wrestlers and the eventual 2nd and 3rd place winners.
