The Clarion Area Wrestling Club will host their Odd Age (13U)/Open/Novice/ Round Robin Wrestling Tournament, this Saturday (February 6th). Start time is 9:00AM, with wrestlers and coaches to be there 45 minutes prior to the start. You must register online at PYWrestling .com by 5:00PM tomorrow (Friday, February 5th).

The Tournament proceeds will benefit all Clarion Area Wrestling Programs.

Date: Saturday, February 6, 2016
Where: Clarion Area High School, 219 Liberty St., Clarion, PA 16214
Entry Fee: *$22 Online Registration Only (PYWrestling.com) – No Walk-ins. Receive by Feb. 5 at 5 PM. * No refund.
$12 for Double entry. *Need to register twice.
Admissions: $4 adults, $2 Students, free 4 & under
Rules: Age as of (before) Jan. 1, 2016. Proof of age/weight may be required if challenged. If challenged, copy of birth certificate is required day of tournament and/or wrestler must be within 2 pounds of exact weight. Bout length is 1-1-1. 1 min. OT. Coin flip 30 Sec. RO. Wrestling will be conducted on 6-8 mats.
Weigh-ins: Coaches honor, please list wrestlers exact weight.
Start Time: 9:00 am start for 5&under(mat 1), 6&7(mat 2,3), 10&11(mat 4,5,6).
1:00 pm start for 8&9(mat 1,2,3,4), 12&13(mat 5,6). Mat assignment may change due to # of wrestlers. Be here 45 minutes before schedule start time.
Awards: Trophy for “Undefeated” wrestlers in each weight class only and medals for all others. Our goal: 3, 4, or 5 matches for all wrestlers.
Food: The Clarion Wrestling Booster Club will provide snacks and food.
Age Divisions: Novice (5U,7U,9U) Open (9U,11U,13U)

*The 9U age division can be either novice/open! All 7U and 5U will be consider Novice even with more than 2 years of experience. The 11U and 13U will be considered Open even with less than 2 years of experience. *Weight brackets may be combined or split.
