The Lady Cats looked very good on both offense and defense and some of their spikes were just monstrous. I don’t know if I’ve seen a Clarion team that could smash the ball to the opponent’s floor, with the power that these ladies are this season.

Lexi Lauer and Maya Thornton had big nights. Lauer had 13 points (2 aces) and Thornton had 12 points (2 aces9, 14 kills, a dig and a pair of assists. Gloria Kroh had her usual fine all-round game with 8 points (3 aces), 29 assists, a pair of kills and eleven digs.

Alexis Constantino had 6 points (1 ace) and a dig. Devon Quinn had 7 points (2 aces) and three digs. Carly Best scored three points. Olivia Burns came up big defensively, with 13 kills and a dig. She also had two assists.

The Lady Cats will travel to Venango Catholic on Tuesday (October 11th).

(Great work, Lady Cats!!!!)
