CAT QUOTES

Coach Brian Luton said, “We came out a little flat against Slippery Rock, as a whole, but we were able to straighten things out against a solid Marion Center squad. The guys went on a roll the rest of the day.

“Everyone was able to get a win. We are still making a lot of early season mistakes but I’m still very encouraged by their performances. This team is full of guys with heart and they all go out and fight for one another. We were able to out score our opponents 226-57 through the four duals.

“We’ll get back in the wrestling room Monday and go back to work, but (the tournament) was nice for the guys. They were able to see that the hard work is paying off.”

(Thanks to Coach Luton for the tournament details. Great Job, Cats!!!!)
