The Clarion River Valley Strikers soccer club is accepting Notices of Interest for fall 2017 play.  Forms are due back no later than July 21 for those interested in competing in the Lake Division of PA West Soccer League.

CRVS is the premier competitive soccer club in Clarion County.  It is the only soccer Club in the county to participate in the highly competitive PA West League. PA West is part of US Youth Soccer, Region One and is associated with US Soccer and FIFA.   CRVS offers competitive soccer for boys and girls, ages 7 through 18.   The club is focused on the development of players through individual skill, tactical teamwork, and proper sportsmanship.

CRVS participates in two seasons of PA West Youth soccer annually.  A spring season in April and May and a fall season in September and October.  Seasons consist of 8 games, 4 home and 4 away.  Away games are played across northwest PA, but are generally about an hour drive.  In addition to regular season games, players will have the opportunity to participate in tournaments regularly.   The Strikers organization is building on past and present success, continuing to expand its offering to young people.  Expanding to 7 teams in 2014, the club has continued to grow by attracting young athletes to the sport.

CRVS added a new Developmental League in the spring of 2017, coached by Strikers coaches, to supplement its competitive program with aspiring younger soccer players.

We believe that players can learn significant life lessons through the development of these skills.   Players and their families truly become members of the CRVS family.  As one member put it after taking a break for the summer, “I really miss my soccer family”.

Come join a Clarion River Valley Strikers Team for the upcoming season by completing a Notice of Interest form today.  (To download form click on link at the bottom of article.)
