The Partner Trained Wrestling Club which trains at the M&B Redi-Mix building South of Clarion, off Route 66, on Glenn Redi-Mix Lane, had a fine showing at this past weekend’s (Friday-Sunday, May 17th-19th) Pennsylvania Amateur Wrestling Federation State Championships, with a number of wrestlers placing in Freestyle.

The event was held at Central Mountain High School in Mill Hall, with over 1200 wrestlers registered.

Coach Nick Deloia shared this summary, “We had five wrestlers place in the top four.  Mason Gourley finished in second place, in the 98 pound Novice Division.  Hayden Hindman, in the 117 pound Novice Division and Dalton Wenner, in the 74 pound Novice Division, both finished third place.

Weston Pisarchik, in the 83 pound Schoolboy Division and Dallas Blauser, in the 53 pound Schoolboy Division both finished in fourth place.

“Also wrestling for Partner Trained was Logan Powell, in the 97 pound Schoolboy Division, Parker Pisarchik, in the 102 pound Schoolboy Division and Dane Wenner, in the 102 pound Schoolboy Division.

“All of the wrestlers competed hard and improved drastically.  I’m excited to see how much it will help them for the folkstyle season.”

(Thanks to Coach Deloia for this summary and to Partner Trained Wrestling for the photo. CONGRATULATIONS ON A GREAT TOURNAMENT, PARTNER TRAINED WRESTLERS!!!!)
