Bobcat Harriers Finish Regular Season On High Note (10/02/19)

The Clarion Area Cross Country Team traveled to Knox, on Tuesday (October 1st), for a meet with Keystone and Clarion-Limestone. There was no team score for this meet.

Nathaniel Lerch led the Bobcat Varsity Boys with a first place time of 19:36.5. Gavin Hoover finished second with a time of 19:59.1.

Other top ten finishers included: Kaegan Phillips (fourth), Nick Frederick (fifth), Nate Datko (sixth) and Alex Cussins (seventh).

Bella Scott finished first for the Varsity Girls, with a time of 25:15.8.

Others finishing in the top ten were: Grace Adams (fifth), Aaliyah Dittman (sixth), Abi Frederick (eighth), Grace Schmader (ninth) and Alli Stivanson (tenth).

Sophie Babington had the top time in the Junior High Girls race, with a time of 15:38.3.

Also finishing in the top ten were: Corina Curry (third), Juliana Wilson (fourth), Morgan Scheftic (sixth), Maya Wilshire (seventh), Taylor Alston (eighth), Natalie Durish (ninth) and Madison Baker (tenth).

Three Bobcat Junior High Boys placed in the top ten: Brady Pierce, Seth Weckerly and Wyatt Boyden.

The Bobcat Varsity Top Sevens will compete in the Ridgway Invitational on Saturday (October 5th).
