Basketball: Lady Cats Fall To Moniteau (01/30/20)

The Clarion Area Lady Cats traveled to West Sunbury on Wednesday (January 29th), falling to the Moniteau Lady Warriors 70-41.

Moniteau led 15-8 after one, 33-13 at the half and 55-26 after three.

Kait Constantino led the Cats with 23 points, including three treys. Payton Simko had 7 points, including a three. Jordan Best scored 4 points, Noel Anthony had 3 points on a shot from beyond the arc, ; and Jenna Miller and Eva Lerch each had two points.

Kristin Auvil and Aslyn Pry led Moniteau with 26 and 22 points respectively.

The 10-7 (4-3 KSAC South) Lady Cats will travel to Redbank Valley for a Boys-Girls double-header, tomorrow (Friday, January 31st).
