District Nine Releases Basketball Playoff Brackets (02/15/20)

District Nine has announced the 2019-20 Basketball Playoff Brackets. Links complete brackets are below.

In Boys’ AA, the 4th seeded Clarion Area Bobcat Boys will face the 5th seeded Karns City Gremlins, next Thursday, February 20th, with the winner moving on to the semifinals against top seed Keystone Panthers on Tuesday, February 25th. The championship game will be on Saturday, February 29th, at Tippin Gymnasium. The top 3 teams will advance to the PIAA State Tournament.

In Girls’ AA, the 6th seeded Clarion Area Lady Cats will face the 3rd seeded Port Allegany Lady Gators, next Friday, February 21st, at St. Marys High School. The winner will face the winner of the game between 2nd seeded Redbank Valley and 7th seeded Kane, in the semifinals on Wednesday, February 26th. The championship game will be onFriday, February 28th, at Tippin Gymnasium. The top 3 teams will advance to the PIAA State Tournament.
