Bobcat Boys Golfers Take Second In KSAC Mega Match At Clarion Oaks (Posted 09/18/20)

The Clarion Area Boys Golf Team finished second in a KSAC Mega Match at Clarion Oaks Golf Club on Thursday (September 17th). The Cats registered a 227, to finish seven points behind Clarion-Limestone’s 220. Moniteau was third with a 242, Forest Area was fourth at 250 and Venango Catholic with a 251 rounded out the Top 5.

Jackson Fox led the Bobcats with a 40, to tie C-L’s Hayden Callen for third. Two other Clarion Area golfers finished in the Top 10, McKayla Kerle was fifth with a 43 and Devon Lauer carded a 46 for eighth place. Also competing for the Cats were Owen Kriebel with a 48 and Gary Matus and Ryan Alston who each recorded 50’s.

C-L’s Hayden Siegel was the medalist with a 34, while Moniteau’s Jacob Felsing shot a 39 for second place.

The next KSAC Mega Match will be Monday (September 21 st) at Foxburg Country Club.
