Basketball: Lady Cats Down She-Wolves

The Clarion Area Lady Cats hosted the North Clarion She-Wolves on Friday (January 15th), coming away with a 37-26 win.

Jordan Best had a game high 14 points and Erica Selfridge followed with thirteen.

North Clarion led 17-14 at halftime, but Clarion bounced back in the third and held a 28-24 lead heading to the final stanza. The Lady Cats had a 9-2 advantage in the fourth to set the final.

Addison Shaftic led the She-Wolves with 8 points, while Gwen Siegel added seven points.

The Lady Cats will travel to Union on Tuesday (January 19th), host Clarion-Limestone on Thursday (January 21st) and travel to Punxsutawney on Saturday (January 21st).
