Central Clarion Wildcats Football Team Is Conducting SPARQ Workouts And Will Be Holding Elementary Football Camp
The Central Clarion Wildcats Football Team has begun their SPARQ (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction and Quickness) Football Workouts at Clarion Area High School for students entering grades 7 to 12 this fall for all students living in the North Clarion, Clarion, and Clarion-Limestone districts, including those who are home schooled, in private schools, cyber schools, etc. The workouts are being held Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Clarion Area High School.
The Wildcats are will also be conducting an Elementary Football Camp, Tuesday through Thursday, July 13th to 15th, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the Clarion-Limestone practice field (next to the game field). The camp is open to all students entering grades 2 through 6 living in the North Clarion, Clarion, and Clarion-Limestone districts, including those who are home schooled, in private schools, cyber schools, etc.
The Elementary Football Camp will be conducted by Wildcats players, coaches and staff, who will teach the fundamentals of football: including positioning, technique training, rules and regulations, player safety and more.
On the final evening, the Elementary Football Camp will conclude with a scrimmage game and a pizza party. Each student will receive a participant t-shirt and have the opportunity to earn some fun prizes.
The cost for the Elementary Football Camp is: $25/student or $40/family
