2022 Bobcat 5K Run A Huge Success

Our Bobcat 5K (on Wednesday, August 3rd), was a great success last evening as we hosted 83 runners of all ages!

Thanks so much to all who came out to support our Cross Country team! Special thanks to cross country teams from Clarion-Limestone, Karns City, St. Mary’s and North Clarion, for coming out and running your hearts out while supporting our Bobcats!

I also wish to thank all who helped to make this event possible starting with Coach Keith Murtha who is not only a great coach but works his tail off in so many ways to plan this event. Thank you to our assistant Rosary Pennington for all your help with the team and this event!

Also to our booster officers, Stephanie Gaddess Lambert, Sharon Montgomery, and Teresa Frederick, you all are so much appreciated for everything you do behind the scenes!

Much appreciation goes out to John Burke and Brooks Running for donating two gift certificates for our raffle! We also had great help last evening from our team parents: Amy Diehl, Young Kim, Lee Weber, Chandra Scheftic, Sharon Montgomery and I know I’m probably missing someone and if so I apologize.

Also thank you to Miss Emma Fitzsimmons for your help at the water station! Finally, thank you to all our sponsors and to some very generous anonymous donors.
