Girls Basketball: Bobcats Fall To Lions

The visiting Clarion-Area Bobcats fell to the Clarion-Limestone Lions, 33-31, in a KSAC Girls Basketball matchup on Thursday (January 12th).

The Bobcats led 13-8 after one, and 19-15 at the half. The Lions outscored Clarion 18-12 in the second half, setting the final at 33-31, Clarion-Limestone.

Taylor Alston led Clarion with 12 points. Sophie Babington followed with nine, with her points coming on three-pointers. Marley Kline had 6 points, and Natalie Durish and Alivia Diehl each had two points.

Alex Leadbetter led Clarion-Limestone with twelve points. Alyssa Wiant and Lexie Coull had seven points each.

Clarion is scheduled to host Cranberry next Wednesday (January 18th).
