WPAL-DuBois Hosting St. Paddy’s Showdown (Golden Gloves Boxing) With Team Ireland, at the DuBois Country Club, Tonight (Saturday, March 18th)

The Western Pennsylvania Police Athletic League in DuBois (WPAL DuBois) will be hosting the St. Paddy’s Showdown,Golden Gloves Boxing tournament with Team Pennsylvania facing off against Team Ireland, at the DuBois Country Club, Tonight (Saturday, March 18th).

Team Ireland consists of boxers from the Golden Gloves Boxing Club of Cork, Ireland.

Team Pennsylvania consist of boxers from WPIAL DuBois’ Team814, WPAL, Pittsburgh National Youth Boxing’s Team412 and the Irish Boxing Club of Scranton.

Both male and female boxers, ages eleven (11) and up, will compete.

DuBois Country Club, located at 10 Lakeside Ave, DuBois, PA  will host tonight’s boxing card. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with the bouts set to start at 7:30.
