Central Clarion Wildcats Have An Outstanding Day At Port Allegany Junior High Wrestling Tournament

The Central Clarion Wildcats Junior High grapplers had very fruitful day at the Port Allegany Junior High Tournament on Saturday, January 13th.

Four Wildcats took home medals with two taking first place, one placing second and another placing third.

Taking Gold were Ben Naser at 155 pounds and Dylan Albertine at 210 pounds. Jimmy Sprauge won the Silver Medal at 145 pounds and Mason Best garnered Bronze at 115 pounds.

Other Wildcats had some solid outings also.

Central Clarion Junior High head coach Mike LeFay was very pleased with his team’s outing.

Hats off to the incredible athletes of the Central Clarion Wildcats Jr High wrestling team, who showcased unmatched skill and determination at the 2024 Port Allegany 22nd Annual Jr High Wrestling Tournament!

Ben Naser – Dominance personified with four wins, including three via pin and one via minor, and earning a well-deserved 1st place at 155 lbs!

Dylan Albertine – A remarkable performance with four wins, two via pin and two via minor, claiming the top spot with a 1st place finish at 210 lbs!

Jimmy Sprauge – Four stellar victories, including three via pin, clinching an admirable 2nd place at 145 lbs!

Mason Best – Two wins via pin, securing an impressive 3rd place at 115 lbs!

Mason Lewis – A gritty win via minor, contributing to the team’s success!

Nathaniel McDaniel – A pinning triumph that adds to the team’s glory!
