Baseball: Bobcats Fall To Sailors

The Clarion Area Bobcats dropped a 9-2 non-conference baseball matchup with the visiting Lakeview Sailors at Clarion County Park on Thursday, May 8th.

The Sailors scored a run in the first, three in the fourth, one in the fifth and two each in the sixth and seventh. The Bobcats’ runs were scored in the third inning.

Derek Smail had two hits for Clarion, scoring a run and driving in a run. Billy Kahle singled and scored the Bobcats other run. 

Parker Miller singled and had an RBI. Noah Harrison had 2 hits and Ethan Rex had a single.
