Red Flash head coach, Sarah Spielvogel is very pleased the outstanding effort of Korrin and her teammates. “First off I am so proud of this group. They are battling hard in every game and have a different type of ‘hunger’ to them.
“Given the nature of our team’s dynamics, we have some athletes playing in different positions and a few new faces in our line up. Everyone has stepped up and embraced what we have asked them to do.
“Korrin has always been a huge piece of our offensive success, and she continues to be, but she’s also stepped up defensively and on serve receive and it’s been fun watching all the elements of her game grow.”
(Congratulations to Korrin, Gwen and Alexandra and their Saint Francis teammates, and to all of this week’s NEC/Molten Award recipients!!!! Thanks to Saint Francis Athletics and the NEC for use of their information!!)
