Coach Anderson sees Marley as a great fit for the Huskies.

“Marley is definitely versatile and I think will be able to play on either pin. I will see where her talents are best suited to help the team succeed when we are together in the Fall.”

“Marley will be a part of a large, but very talented 2026 incoming class of nine athletes.

The players that will be joining Huskies Volleyball in 2026 include: Marley, Abby Eagler from Greencastle-Antrim High School, Lena Jones from Middletown Area High School, Sara Kokolus from Freedom High School, Addison Arms from Highlands High School Sicilia Clement from Academy of Notre Dame De Namur, Charlie Mann from Notre Dame Cathedral Latin High School in Ohio and Emma Hudson from Lower Dauphin High School.

Academically, Marley is planning on majoring in Sports Management to pursue a career in sports.

She stated, “My future plans are to go to Bloomsburg and earn my bachelors degree in marketing, and hopefully attend a grad school entering a sports marketing program.

“I want to continue a career in sports, I’m looking forward to figuring out where that might take me. After I have settled down with a family, I would like to coach collegiate volleyball someday.”

What led Marley to chose Bloomsburg?

“I chose Bloomsburg for many reasons, it immediately felt like a place I could grow academically, and personally, while also continuing my passion for volleyball.

“Even before starting in the fall, the campus feels so welcoming and was such a great atmosphere that stood out to me, giving me a lot of confidence the transition into college will go smoothly. A huge part of my decision was the opportunity I have been given by Coach Anderson to be able to play for the volleyball team. Being able to continue playing the sport I love at the next level means alot to me.”

Marley can’t wait.

“I am so excited to join the program, the girls and Coach Anderson are so welcoming.

“From watching the team play, you can really see the team chemistry they have all built and I am so grateful I have the opportunity to be apart of that culture.

“I have met all the girls in my class already and we have already built great relationships.”

Marley shared her thanks for some who have helped her and will continue to help her on her journey.

“I want to thank everyone for being here for me and supporting me throughout my entire journey.

“To my best friends, Anna O’Toole and Alivia Diehl, we’ve played together since we were 10 years old, and having you by my side through high school and beyond has meant more than I can ever explain. You’ve been there for every win, every loss, every long practice, and every big moment. I truly wouldn’t be the athlete or person I am today without you.”

To all of my friends, whether you play volleyball or not, thank you for always cheering me on, believing in me, and showing me love through the highs and the lows. Your support has given me strength on the days when I needed it most.”

Marley continued, “My teachers have also made big impacts on my life every single one of them. But most importantly Mr. Constantino, and Mrs. Babington ALWAYS looked for me after games to tell me I had a great game no matter what. They came to so many games and supported me so much!”

And to her mentors on the volleyball court. “I also want to thank all of my coaches, from the very beginning all the way to now. Each one of you has pushed me, challenged me, and helped me grow. You taught me discipline, resilience, and confidence, both on and off the court.

“Thank you for believing in me, for pushing me to be better, and for helping shape me into the athlete I’ve become.”

Following are some great comments from others. And where better to begin, than with her two best friends and teammates.

Anna had this to say, “Playing volleyball with Marley has meant so much to me. It’s been an amazing experience growing up on the court together, from 5th grade Clover tournaments to making state playoff runs in high school and winning the District Championship our junior year.

“Marley brings such a positive, driving energy that makes everything more fun and meaningful, whether we’re doing drills in practice, warming up before a game, talking on the bus, or playing in a high-pressure playoff game.

“She’s the person I could always laugh with, play my best with, and look to when I needed encouragement during tough moments.

“Marley believes in every one of her teammates and pushes us to reach our full potential.

“Some of my favorite volleyball memories aren’t just from our big wins, but from all the little moments that made our years together so special.

“Bloomsburg is not only getting an incredibly talented athlete, but also a passionate, driven, and energetic girl who lifts everyone else up around her. She’s going to thrive there and they are so lucky to have her.”

Alivia shared this, “I have had the pleasure of playing volleyball and sports in general with Marley for nearly 10 years. Our relationship, which started as just teammates has evolved into an incredible relationship that I’ll cherish forever.

“Not only have I had the opportunity to have Marley as my teammate for all these years, I’ve had her as one of my best friends.

“Anyone who knows Marley knows she is one of the funniest people you will ever meet and loves a good time, but she also works extremely hard to achieve her goals and has the biggest heart.

“Although I am going to miss her, I am so excited for Marley as she enters this new chapter of life, Bloomsburg is lucky to have her!”
