Volleyball: Bobcats Down Gremlins In Straight Sets

The Clarion Area Bobcats defeated the homestanding Karns City Gremlins in straight sets (25-12, 26-24, 25-8) in Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference action, on Tuesday (October 7th).

Marley Kline had 14 kills, 6 points (1 ace) and eleven digs for the Bobcats. Addiwin Campbell scored 17 points (2 aces) and dished out 21 assists, while adding two kills. Anna O’Toole contributed 7 points (2 aces) and twelve digs. Lacey Lauer scored 6 points and had 11 digs, and a kill.

Emily O’Toole scored 4 points and Elizabeth Estadt had three points, and two kills.

The Bobcat Junior Varsity also won in straight sets (25-15, 26-24).

The Bobcats are scheduled to host the Clarion-Limestone Lions tomorrow (Thursday, October 9th).
