Baseball: Bobcats Down Lions

The Clarion Area Bobcats downed the visiting Clarion-Limestone Lions 4-1 at Clarion County Park on Tuesday, April 14th.

Clarion scored a run in the bottom of the first, with C-L scoring their run in the top of the fourth. The Bobcats answered with two runs in the fifth and another in the sixth to set the final.

Hayden Weber went 3-for-3 with a double and two RBIs. Dylan Smail had a single and scored a pair of runs.

Wyatt Watterson and Carter Hindman each singled, while Gabe Anderson and Billy Kahle each scored a run.

Three Bobcat pitchers, Miller, Ethan Rex and Hindman combined for a no-hitter, with Miller picking up the win.

The Bobcats are scheduled to travel to Brockway, this afternoon, with game time set for 4:00PM.
