Corbett was named Boys Field MVP and Raehsler was named Boys Track MVP.

Corbett was named to the squad in the long jump and 100. He won three straight District Nine Class-AA titles in each event, sharing the 100 title with Karns City’s Logan Moroney this year. Corbett earned medals at the PIAA State Championships, each of the last three years, finishing seventh in the long jump two years ago, fifth in the 100 last year and third in the long jump this year.

Corbett was also named the Boys Track MVP last year. He is the first boy to be named both Track MVP and Field MVP in their career. The only girl to win both awards in her career was Brookville’s Lanae Newsome.

Corbett and Raehsler join several other Bobcats as TCS/C-E Boys MVP’s. Bryce Straffin was the Track MVP in 2011 and 2012. He was the 2012 Class-AA State 400 Champion. Dave Larson was the 2003 and 2004 Field MVP. He is the District Nine Class-AA Discus record holder. Mario Bernardi was the 2001 Field MVP, winning the Class-AA State High Jump Championship that year. Clarion-Limestone’s Dan Alderton, current Clarion Area assistant coach, was the 2000 and 2001 Track MVP. He won the Class-AA State 400 Championship in 2001.
