District Nine Baseball And Softball Brackets Released (05/20/18)

District Nine has released the brackets for the 2018Baseball and Softball Tournaments.

The third seeded Clarion Area Bobcat Baseball Team is scheduled to begin play, in the Class AA Tournament, on Tuesday (May 22nd), as they host sixth seed Clarion-Limestone, at Clarion County Park, at 4:00PM.

The winner of that game will advance to the semifinals against the winner of the game between second seed DuBois Central Catholic and seventh seed Cameron County, on Thursday (May 24th) at noon (location to be announced).

The top three teams will advance to the PIAA State Tournament.

The third seeded Lady Cats Softball Team, is scheduled to begin play, in the Class AA Tournament, hosting sixth seed Coudersport, on Wednesday (May 23rd), at Paul A. Weaver Park, at 4:00PM.

The winner of that game will advance to the semifinals against the winner of the game between second seed Smethport and seventh seed A-C Valley, on Friday (May 25th), at noon (location to be announced).

The top three teams will advance to the PIAA State Tournament.
