Coach Chad Weight, who is also the State College High School varsity coach, had this to say about his charges play in the tournament, “Injuries have plagued our club team this year, so it was special to have all of the girls there for the first time this club season.

“Although we’ve had to deal with a lot of changes, the girls were able to persevere and win the Niagara Can-Am event – A testament to their character as individuals and being great teammates”

Coach Weight had this to say about Brenna’s contribution and her work ethic, “Brenna has been a stabilizing figure amongst a group of talented players.  She not only has grown in her skill set, but also has become a well-rounded leader.

“What I admire most about Brenna is that she’s the kind of kid who’d run through a brick wall for you.  All good teams have a few kids that possess that characteristic.”

Brenna, a two time All-State player for Clarion Area is the daughter of Jim and Shari Campbell (Lady Cat Varsity Coach).
