Bobcats Finish Second In KSAC Boys Mega Match At Foxburg Country Club, Hold On To Conference Lead (09/19/19)

Josh Craig shot a 41, for fourth place to lead the Clarion Bobcats to second place in the KSAC Boys Mega Match, at Foxburg Country Club, on Tuesday (September 18th). Josh was three shots off the pace of medalist Hayden Siegel of Clarion-Limestone, who shot a 38.

Moniteau was first with a score of 230, followed by the Cats’ 238. Rounding out the Top Five were: Clarion-Limestone (246), Keystone (278) and Cranberry (288).

Also finishing in the meet’s Top 10 individual standings were Mitch Geiger in sixth, with a 44, and Lake Staub in seventh, with a 45. Rounding out the Clarion golfers were: Jackson Fox and McKayla Kerle, who both shot 54’s, and Kyle Porciello with a 58.

The Bobcats hold the lead for the KSAC Championship. Moniteau is in second place, followed by Clarion-Limestone, Keystone and Cranberry round out the current Top Five.

Craig sits in second place in the season’s Individual Standings. Jackson is sixth, Lake is eighth, Mitch is tenth, McKayla is eleventh and Kyle is twelfth.
