Cat Quotes:

Coach Campbell: I thought it was a really great first (match), coming into the playoffs. We looked pretty settled and it looked like a very evenly distributed team effort.

I thought we served well. I thought we got some opportunities for our bench to get in and get some serving and get their nerves (out of the way) so we can rely on them. Because that’s the kind of stuff that takes you deeper in the playoffs and stuff that you need

You saw great performances. Kait Constantino only had one hitting error. Korrin Burns had thirteen kills. Just really solid balance. Brenna made great decisions to use all her hitters.

Maddie Schill hit forty percent, which was just one hitting error. She was really dynamic at the net. You saw Payton Simko adding to the offense. That really is a tribute to the passing. When the pass is there, we have a lot of choices. And we have a setter who has the ability to get the ball anywhere.

So, I’m just really pleased. We’ll just keep working harder. We’ll have to play better defense as we face people later on in the rounds. We’ll keep working on that.

(Thanks to Kim Constantino for the photos. Keep it going, Lady Cats!!!!)
