Boys Basketball: Bobcats Fall To Lions (01/14/19)

The Clarion Area Boys Basketball Team fell to homestanding Clarion-Limestone 67-43, on Monday (January 13th).

The Lions led 12-6 after one. The Cats kept the game close, as C-L had only a one-point, 15-14 second quarter advantage, making the halftime score 27-21, Lions. With a 21-9 edge in the third, the Lions led 48-29 going to the final stanza.

Cal German and Nick Frederick led the Bobcats with 14 points apiece. German had a pair of threes and Frederick had one trey.

Hunter Craddock had six points. Aidan Quinn sank a three-pointer. Skylar Rhoades, Payton Simko and Josh Craig had two points each.

Hayden Callen had 28 points, including 4 three-pointers, while Deon Deas had 18 points, with 3 treys, to lead the Lions.

The Bobcats will travel to Union tomorrow (Wednesday, January 15th) to take part in a Boys-Girls Double-Header.
