Basketball: Lady Cats Fall To Readbank Valley

The Clarion Area Lady Cats dropped a 29-28 decision to the visiting Redbank Valley Lady Bulldogs, on Wednesday (February 24th).

The Lady Cats led 9-6 after one, 20-19 at the half and 24-23 at the three quarter mark.

Payton Simko led Clarion with eight points. Ava Cherico followed with seven. Jordan Best and Rebekah Ketner had four points apiece. Noel Anthony and Erica Selfridge had three and two points respectively.

Caylen Rearick led Redbank Valley with eight points.

The Lady Cats are scheduled to travel to Warren today (Thursday, February 25th.)
