Bobcat Wrestlers Fall To Raiders

The Clarion Area Bobcat Wrestlers fell to homestanding Brookville, 63-9, on Tuesday (February 2nd).

Cutter Boggess, continued his fine season with a fall in 1:54 at 172, while Logan Edmonds won an 11-10 decision at 215 for the Bobcats points. Josh Beal wrestled tough in a 4-2 loss.

In addition to that decision, the Raiders registered 3 falls and seven forfeit wins.

The Clarion Junior High Wrestlers fell 46-21.

For the Junior Cats: Jacob Henry (138) won by fall in 1:29, Seth Weckerly (130) had an 11-5 decision, and Hayden Weber (101) and Zayne Van Tassel (115) picked up forfeit wins.

The Raiders registered 6 falls, a major decision and two regular decisions.

The Bobcats are scheduled to host Brockway on Thursday (February 4th).
