Volleyball: Clarion Area Downs Redbank Valley, Travels To Keystone Today (Thursday, October 21st); D9and10Sports.com To Broadcast

Clarion Area Bobcats traveled to Redbank Valley, for a Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference match, on Wednesday (October 21st) and came away with a 3-0 (25-19, 25-12, 25-20) win. The Bobcat Junior Varsity won their match, against the Bulldogs, 2-1 (25-14, 21-25, 25-23).

Korrin Burns and Noel Anthony each had a big night for the Bobcat Varsity. Korrine had 12 points (3 aces), 16 kills and five digs, while Noel registered 30 assists, 10 points (4 aces) a kill and three digs.

Adia Needham scored 7 points, to go along with a pair of digs. Jordan Best had 5 points (1 ace) and five digs. Brianna Pierce registered 4 points (3 aces) and two digs. Payton Simko had 3 points (2 aces), 6 kills and five digs. Aryana Girvan recorded 8 kills and three digs

Natalie Durish scored a point and Taylor Alston added three kills.

Gia Babington had 8 points (2 aces), 4 kills and seven digs for the Clarion Junior Varsity. Natalie Durish scored 7 points (3 aces), to go along with 6 digs and an assist. Sophie Babington contributed 6 points (1 ace), a kill, 3 assists and two digs. Brenna Armstrong registered 6 points (1 ace) and four kills. Grace Ochs had 4 points (2 aces), 14 kills and five digs. Emeliegh Mahle scored 4 points (1 ace).

Taylor Alston scored 3 points (2 aces), to go along with 3 kills, 9 assists and a pair of digs. Alicyn Burford scored 3 points (1 ace) and registered 6 kills. Hadlee Campbell delivered on 9 kills and six digs. Rihanna Dittman added a kill.

Clarion is scheduled to travel to Keystone today, Thursday, October 21st.

D9and10Sports.com is planning on broadcasting the match, with Chris Rossetti and Simon Quigley calling the action.

Airtime will be approximately between 6:50 p.m. and 7:30/7:45 p.m. depending on how long the Junior Varsity match runs.
