Boys Basketball: Bobcats Fall To Gremlins

Clarion dropped a 43-31 contest to visiting Karns City in Keystone Shortway Athletic Conference boys basketball action, on Tuesday (January 11th).

Karns City led 10-7 after one and with a 20-6 edge in the second, the Gremlins held a 30-13 lead at the half. The Bobcats had a 10-6 advantage in the third, sending the game to the fourth period with Karns City up 36-23. An 8-7 Clarion edge, in the final stanza set the final.

Christian Simko and Dawson Smail led the Cats with eight points each. Devon Lauer followed with 7, Gabe Simko had 6 points and Aidan Quinn had two.

Luke Cramer led Karns City with 20 points, with Luke Garing adding ten.

The Bobcats are scheduled to travel to Moniteau, tomorrow, Thursday (January 13th).
