Wrestling: Bobcats Down Mustangs

The Clarion Area Wrestling Team traveled to Mercer on Tuesday (January 11th) and came away with a 36-16 victory.

Caleb Edmonds registered a pin, for the Bobcats at 172 in 1:29.

The rest of Clarion’s wins came by way of forfeit. Picking up those victories were: Logan Powell at 106, Mason Gourley at 138, Chesney Boggess at 189, Logan Edmonds at 215 and Josh Beal at 285.

The Clarion Junior High will be participating in the Port Allegheny Junior High Tournament on Saturday (January 15th). The Bobcat Varsity and Junior High will host Punxsutawney on Tuesday (January 18th).
