Winter Warrior Showdown (Power Meet) returns to DuBois In January; Online Registration Now Open (Link Below)

The Western Pennsylvania Police Athletic League (WPAL) is thrilled to announce that the Winter Warrior Showdown is returning to DuBois, PA.

This year’s event will take place on Saturday, January 21st, 2023. Weigh ins: Friday January 20th, 8am-10am and 3-4pm and Saturday January 21st, 7am-8am. Powerlifting Begins: 9am on January 2121st.

Cost:

Early Registration(By Dec 31, 2022); Full Power ( All 3 Lifts) $60; Iron Man (Bench/Deadlift) $40; Bench Only $30

Free Competitor Shirt Guaranteed.

Late Registration (January 1, 2023 – January 21, 2023): Full Power ( All 3 Lifts) $70; Iron Man (Bench/Deadlift) $50; Bench Only $40

Awards: Top 3 Awarded in Full Power; 1st Place only in Bench and Iron Manl Best Gym Award(Team Award)

This is a Non-Sanctioned meet but following USA Powerlifting Meet Rules and Regulations

Ages: 14-16,17-18, 19-35 OPEN, 35+ Submaster

Male Weight Classes: 125-144, 145-164, 165-184, 185-204, 205-224, 225-244, 245-275, 275+

Female Weight Classes: 105-124, 125-144, 145-164, 165-184, 185+
