Bobcats To Compete In District Nine Class-AA Team Wrestling Championships On Saturday February 4th

District Nine has announced their 2023 Class-AA Team Wrestling Championship brackets today (Friday, January 27th).

The tournament will take place at Brookville High School, next Saturday, February 4th, with five teams entered, including the Clarion Bobcats.

Clarion is the number 5 seed and will face number 4 seed Cranberry at 10:00 a.m.

The winner will face number 1 seed Clearfield in the semifinals at 11:30 a.m. Number 2 seed Brookville will face number 3 seed St. Marys in the other semifinal tilt on another mat at the same time.

The winners of those matches will meet for the Championship at 1:00 p.m.

The District Nine Class-AA champion will advance to the State Team Duals at the Giant Center in Hershey, on Thursday, February 9th.
