Brianna has had a long career on the diamond. She played t-ball at age 5, then softball at age 8 thru high school She had to miss her freshman year due to the Covid sports shutdown, but was a starter on Varsity from 10th through 12th grade.

Brianna’s plans to attend Slippery Rock University to major in Corporate Security with a concentration in Fraud.

She is employed by Bob’s Subs and the RRR Roadhouse.

Coach Joe Lopez shared, “Bri is an essential piece to our team. She is our only senior and brings 3+ years of varsity experience to a team made up of primarily sophomores (8 of the 11 players).

“Bri sets a good example for the younger players and has worked extremely hard this spring.  She is someone we can count on for a big hit or a big defensive play when we need it.

“Bri started at shortstop for the first third of the season and then happily took over the catching duties, knowing this is what’s best for the team.  It has been a pleasure coaching Bri this year.

“We are going to miss her.”

(Congratulations Brianna and all the best in your future endeavors!!!!)
